Where We Ship & What It Costs
- Shipping Zone: We ship exclusively within the United States. This includes all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We currently do not ship to any international destinations or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Shipping Cost: We offer a simple, transparent Flat Rate Shipping fee of $5 USD per order. There are no extra hidden fees, handling fees, or surcharges.
- Taxes: All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes. Applicable state or local sales tax (if any) will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are packaged and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center located at 17 Sherwood Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704, United States.

Your total delivery time is the sum of two steps: Processing and Transit.

2. Standard Transit Time (5–10 Business Days)

- Carriers: We partner with reliable U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Please Note: Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to external factors like weather conditions, carrier network delays, high-volume seasons, or remote locations.
Tracking & Post-Shipment Policies
- Tracking Information: Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number is generated and emailed to you within 24–48 hours. You can track your order via the carrier’s official website or through your Caseifyy account dashboard.
- Cancellations & Changes: You may request to cancel your order or change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed due to our automated processing system.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund upon verification.
- Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier after an investigation (which typically takes 3–7 business days), we will issue a replacement shipment or a full refund, per your choice.

Our Core Guarantee & Eligibility
We provide a Hassle-free 14-day return period, starting from the date your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. You must initiate the return within this short window.
- Refund Amount: We guarantee a full refund of the product price. We are pleased to confirm that we do not charge any restocking fees or hidden penalties.
- Item Condition: The item must be 100% unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. This means all factory seals, protective films, original packaging (boxes, inserts, bags), and accessories must be returned intact and free from scratches, fingerprints, dust, or signs of force.
- Non-Returnable Items: For quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, or items purchased during clearance or "final sale" deals.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We make the shipping cost responsibility clear:
- Caseifyy Pays When: The product arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect or missing items that are verified. In these cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
- Customer Pays When: The return is due to a personal choice (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong color/model, or no longer needs the item). If you pay for shipping, you must use a tracked method.
The Return and Refund Process
- Contact Us: You must email sales@caseifyy.com immediately to start your request.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the product name, and a detailed reason. Photos/videos are required to process claims for damaged or incorrect items.
- Await Approval: Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday) with an RMA Number (Return Authorization), the exact return address (17 Sherwood Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704, United States), and detailed instructions.
- Please ship the item back using a trackable method, and ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the package. Do not send returns without approval.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to your original payment method. Please allow your bank some additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges, Damages, and Cancellations
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for verified defects, incorrect items, or if the customer wants a different color/model (if unused), subject to product availability.
