8. Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support.

9. Payment Holds & Reviews

  • Use of VPN or proxy networks
  • Orders placed using flagged credit cards

10. Refund Method for Approved Returns

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
Refunds cannot be:

  • Sent to another person
  • Converted to cash

If the original card is expired, banks automatically reroute the refunded amount to the customer’s new or active account.

13. Caseifyy Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure payment processing
  • Protecting customer information
  • Providing accurate billing breakdown
  • Offering multiple payment options
  • Handling refunds within stated timeframes
  • Transparently communicating payment-related issues

14. Declined or Reversed Transactions

Transactions may be declined for reasons beyond our control.
If a transaction is reversed by the bank or PayPal, your order will be automatically canceled.

In such cases:

  • The customer must replace the order with a valid payment method
  • Prices or stock availability may change during that time

15. Installments & Partial Payments

Currently, Caseifyy does not support installment payment plans directly.
