This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased from Caseifyy.com and only to customers within the United States, as we currently ship exclusively to U.S.-based addresses.

Caseifyy provides a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a specified period after the date of delivery.

Warranty Period

  • All accessories (phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, power banks, cables, adapters, and electronic accessories) have a
    90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect?

A manufacturing defect refers to a flaw that originated during the production process and makes the product unusable or significantly inferior in function.

This includes:

  • Material defects
  • Structural defects
  • Faulty components
  • Electronics that fail without external damage
  • Adhesive or fitting issues on screen protectors
  • Magnetic components fail under normal use.

2. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by customers, the environment, external force, or improper usage.

Exclusions include:

Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, impacts, cracks)
Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or abuse
Normal wear and tear from daily use
Scratches, dents, and discoloration after use.
Water damage (for products not rated water-resistant)
Damage caused by third-party accessories
Loss or theft
Cosmetic damage without impact on function
Incorrect installation of screen protectors
Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations
Commercial use, resale use, or bulk use
Damage caused by carriers after delivery
Damage due to extreme temperatures or improper storage

Warranty applies only for defects originating from manufacturing, not user-caused damage.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be purchased directly from Caseifyy.com
  • The product must be within the valid warranty period
  • Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, invoice) must be provided
  • The defect must be clearly visible and reproducible
  • High-quality photos or videos must be provided for review
  • The product should not show any signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair

Warranty claims will be denied if the customer fails to provide necessary evidence.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim (Step-by-Step)

To file a warranty claim:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Photo of the packaging and product label

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

In some cases, we may request the defective product to be returned for inspection.

  • If a verified manufacturing defect necessitates a return, Caseifyy will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the defect is not confirmed or is customer-caused, the customer pays return shipping.

5. Warranty Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, Caseifyy will offer one of the following solutions:

5.1 Replacement

We will send a brand-new replacement of the same item at no cost to you.

If the product is out of stock, you may choose:

  • A similar replacement item
  • A partial or full refund (depending on defect type)

5.2 Refund (Case-by-Case)

If your item is defective upon arrival, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for immediate refund options within 10 business days (Monday to Friday). This Warranty Policy applies to defects discovered after the initial return period."

A refund is always returned to the original payment method.

6. Proof of Defect Requirements

Warranty claims must include visual evidence.

Required proof includes:

8. No-Cost Warranty Processing

If your warranty claim is approved:

  • No inspection fee
  • No processing fee
  • No replacement cost
  • Free shipping for replacement items

If a claim is rejected (customer-caused damage), shipping costs may apply.

9. Warranty Voiding Conditions

Your warranty is immediately void if:

Screen protectors are covered against:

Cracks that appear before installation; defects visible out of the box

Not covered:
Cracks or damage after installation
Improper installation leading to air bubbles or misalignment
Drops, impacts, pressure cracks

11. Warranty for Charging Accessories & Power Devices

Includes:

  • Chargers
  • Power banks
  • USB-C adapters
  • Car chargers
  • Magnetic chargers

Covered under warranty:

  • Not powering on
  • Not charging properly
  • Overheating due to manufacturing defect
  • Port malfunction not caused by physical force

Not covered:

  • Physical damage (bending, cracking, forceful insertion)
  • Water or heat damage caused by customers
  • Damage from non-compatible cables or devices

12. Shipping for Warranty Claims

If Caseifyy is at fault:

  • Caseifyy provides prepaid return label
  • Replacement is shipped free

If the customer is at fault (claim denied):

  • The customer covers return shipping
  • The customer pays to have the original item returned (optional)

13. Warranty Transferability

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
It cannot be transferred if the item is:

  • Gifted
  • Resold
  • Purchased through unauthorized sellers

14. Abuse, Misuse, or Fraud Prevention

Caseifyy reserves the right to deny warranty claims from customers who:

  • File excessive warranty claims
  • Provide altered or edited photos
  • Attempt fraudulent claims

  • Exhibit suspicious activity

Fraudulent claims may result in a permanent account ban.
